§ 101-303. Conditions for approving development permits and orders.

A development permit or order may not be issued, or property used, unless the developer has provided the following agreement to the city that all improvements necessary for the development shall be installed in accordance with city requirements or standards:
(1)

The developer must provide an agreement that complies with the requirements of section 101-328.

(2)

The amount of the security listed in the improvement agreement shall be approved as adequate by the city.

(3)

Security requirements may be met at the city's option in accordance with section 101-329.
