§ 54-2. Damaging electric transmission lines.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to cut down any tree, part of a tree or limb of a tree so as to cause the tree, part of a tree or limb of a tree to fall across the electric transmission lines of the city. It shall be unlawful for any person to cause any pole or other objects, which may cause damage, to fall across the electric transmission lines of the city.
