§ 18-193. Activities prohibited.

(a)

It is prohibited for any business, person, or tobacco retailer to sell, or offer for sale, e-cigarettes or liquid nicotine within the city to a person under 18 years of age.

(b)

It is prohibited for any business, person, or tobacco retailer to sell, permit to be sold, offer for sale, or display for sale e-cigarettes or liquid nicotine by means of self-service merchandising.

(c)

It is prohibited for any business, person, or tobacco retailer to place e-cigarettes or liquid nicotine in an open display unit unless the same is located in an area that is inaccessible to customers.

(d)

The use of an e-cigarette is prohibited at all locations within the city at which smoking is prohibited under local law or F.S. ch. 386, and any successor thereto.
