§ 2.13. Ordinance in general.

(A)

All ordinances and resolutions shall be introduced and passed in accordance with applicable Florida law, including, but not limited to Florida Statute 166.041.

(C)

Effective date. Except as provided in section 2.14(C) for emergency ordinances, all ordinances or resolutions passed by the council shall become effective ten (10) days after passage or as otherwise provided therein.
